Once you run msconfig to do this, Start -> Run -> msconfig and opens the corresponding window, check out the programs that load at startup of Windows on the Home tab, if you want to delete some to make Windows load faster or no longer use, you should know that these lines are saved in the Windows registry.
You go to the Start button -> Run -> regedit and you open the registry scanner.

If you see the key lines HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun programs you want to remove. Click on the one you want with the right mouse button and select delete.

You must be sure of what you remove and if you delete things not to some programs may not work correctly .

Note: Whenever you work in the registry to backup to do the File-> Export-> give name and save it in a folder.
